Hello,
This is a first topic in the forum of Art de.lu. I ve started in the area of Art Investments because I am an economist. For me, all estetics/artistics aspects of work of art are very important, but, in this topic, I would like to open a discussion about the economic value of work of art. What makes one piece of art interesting from the point of view of investors? What are the factors, that make artwork changes its value over the time? What should be done to achieve this? That are the questions that I want to answer here.
In next entries I am going to present examples of work that were (or are) successes in the world of contemporary art investments. On the example of this, I am going to analyse factors that made that successes.
